Shared ARC Programme Wins Prestigious TSA ITEC Partnership Award
The Shared ARC Programme, a national initiative led by the Digital Office for Scottish Local Government has won the TEC Services Association (TSA) ITEC Partnership Award. This recognition is a testament to the fantastic collaboration and dedication demonstrated by everyone involved in what we truly believe is a groundbreaking initiative.
Co-created with over 65 stakeholders – including local authorities, health and social care partnerships, housing associations, and government bodies – this innovative Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) platform integrates digital devices to enhance personalisation, choice and control for service users.
This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering efforts of our incredible service providers in Scotland. Their commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of innovation have been the driving forces behind the success of this programme. Their hard work and dedication has made a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals for decades to come, and for that, we are truly grateful.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to our esteemed colleagues from Chubb, Skyresponse, Farrpoint, COSLA and the Scottish Government. Their collaboration and support have been invaluable in making this project a reality. Together, we have created a platform that stands as a beacon of innovation and excellence in the field of digital telecare.
David Brown, Digital Telecare Business Relationship Manager, expressed his profound admiration for the programme team: “Achieving this award highlights the huge effort put in by the programme team. Their passion, expertise, and tireless work have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life. Their ability to overcome challenges and deliver outstanding results is nothing short of inspiring. They are without doubt the most committed and effective team I’ve had the fortune to lead during my career, and on a personal note I’m enormously grateful for their hard work and dedication.”
In conclusion, this award belongs to all of us. It is a celebration of our collective effort, dedication, and shared vision. Let us continue to work together to push the boundaries of what is possible and to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
